| Building & Sites: Submit a Building / Site |
Are you a realtor, property owner or developer with an available commercial building or site you would like to advertise on our website for free? Not only will your property be listed on this website, but if it meets the necessary criteria, it will be listed as part of Virginia’s statewide buildings and sites database and searchable on the Virginia Economic Development Partnership (VEDP) website.
Please choose the form below that best corresponds to your property and fill it out as completely as possible. The more information you are able to provide the more exposure it will give your property. If you have plans to build on your site or are in the process of building, you can submit those buildings as "Virtual Buildings". Just fill out the appropriate form as you would for an existing building and note in the Comments section that the building is a Virtual Building. Click here for the Virtual Building Requirements.
Please follow these basic instructions when filling out the forms.
- Mandatory fields are red and bold and must be entered to submit the form.
- When the form is complete, click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page. A copy of the form will be emailed to you for confirmation of your submission.
- After the form is completed and submitted, you will be taken to a page where you can upload pictures, site plans and other documents about the property. These documents are as important as the form information to ensure your property is best represented.
- These files can be submitted individually or together as a zipped file. There is no limit on file size.
- Please be sure to include your name or the property name as a part of the file name.
- After your submitted material is reviewed, you will receive an email confirming the posting of your property.
